WKU Identity Management & Authentication is used for nearly all enterprise systems to control access to those system. If there are Identity or authentication problems, many systems will not function correctly.

Scheduled Downtime: On Friday, January 3rd, from 6AM-8AM select authentication services are undergoing maintenance and intermittent outages are expected. This will affect logins to Topnet, my.wku.edu, Banner, and other applications. Direct logins to email, VPN, and Blackboard will not be affected.

The WKU InfoView system (formerly ASA Reports) is an operational reporting system that is accessed through a web client (at infoview.wku.edu). WKU InfoView contains reports primarily oriented towards departments and advisors, but the system also processes finance reports linked from Banner and other reports linked from Topnet.
